Flight delay

I'm teo wei siong below, my trip penang to kuala lumpur AK 5375 on 08 Jun period 2100 was postponed to 0025. Our booking amount is UD9DCN. That wait make us really unconvienance.

I'm writting directly into declare my payment for that trip delay.

And That I am realize that Airasia may pay us the RM 200 Voucher.

I really hope to know from you quickly for that payment.
