I have had more than 1 bad experience with tires plus in watertown wi the latest 1 is as follows i i sent my 97 dodge in to have the brakes bled (a job i would normally to my self but bleeder was froze on 1 caliper) these guys spent more time looking under the hood tham bleeding the brakes they tried telling me that i needed new strut mount which i had already replaced along with the struts 2 months prior at a different garage (not tires plus) also that engine had a miss at idle 9 again b. S plugs & wires were just replaced) wel todauy i driving this car & brake light goes on the drivers front caliper line is leaking this is something very noticable whoile bledin the brakes the line is right there in front of a peson can't mis it i checked the line & fitting is loose wa not that way when i brought it in to tires plus to have brakes bled today a sunday & they closed (how conviniant) this is not the 1st time they have done crap like this had them do an oil change on a 61 cadillac the next day oil pressure sensor is leaking just to many coincidence involving areas that these people has worked on to suit me & way too many time they teling me that already replaced parts are bad to suit me i now only go there if al other places are closed & i ned a repair i do not have the tols to do even then i wil send the vehicle back to my regular mechanic to thave the job checked as son asd posible. The prices on their tires is also ridicules they chare 290 for a 40,00 mile mame brand tire i can get the same name brand tire fro my regular mechaic with a 80,000 mile rating for the sme price now why is that? No i wil never recomend any one to use tire plus for any repaiors unlees in an absolue emgancy where no other repair shop is open even then send it to your regular garage asap to havethe repair they did cheched again i am leary of these guys even working on a coaster wagon after the experiances i have had with them they over charge & do crappy work on top of it
