Now, upon research I have discovered that a class action lawsuit in Missouri Fielders vs Credit Acceptance Corporation. Fielders won. Some of the same manipulative and deceptive practices were cited in that case.
I have filed with the BBB in Michigan and the Attorney General of Michigan. I had previously communicated with Credit Acceptance Corporation about this matter and now again, I have recently communicated with them and was told to contact the law firm Hoct... Five representatives told me over the phone the case was closed 05-07-09 but then 3 days later, I receive a letter that the case was reopened due to the bankruptcy was dismissed. It was dismissed cause I am unemployed. I reside in Arkansas so, please I need help.
