On March 18 I had my car tuned up and the fuel injectors cleaned. Since the service my car has run poorly, my gas mileage has dropped from 31 mpg to 25 mpg and every time I accelerate or turn corners my engine begins missing like I have lost a cylinder. The check engine light begins flashing and then stays on. I have called the location every Saturday and have let the phone ring up to 30 times without anyone ever answering and there is no answering machine. I finally decided to look under the hood myself and discovered that they had not put bolts into the engine cover and one of the wires wasn't secured properly. I hoped correcting this would get me back the car I had before the tune-up, but it did not.
When I lived close to this business I used them for the same services before and hadn't had any problems. Now, I believe I will never use their services again. I expected more for what these services cost.
