Hi I have been in the buying, selling and trading classic car business since 1972. Since we are a specialty dealer, our customers come from all over the world, so we were using a broker to handle all the cars that were being shipped out nation wide. Since times are a little hard right now my secretary decided to sign us up with Central dispatch to save our customers and us money on shipping. So far our shipping experience with central dispatch has been great, till recently.

Recently, my secretary hired BDZ MOTORTRANSPORT through central dispatch to transport not one, but two cars going to the same city and state (each destination was about 10miles from each other). Vanessa (my Secretary) spoke to Michael Lampros (manager at BDZ MOTORTRANSPORT). Michael sent a driver to pick up both cars at the same time on the same day, and was paid upon pick up. Michael's driver even waited while we finished getting one car ready. Later that day we were informed that the trucker that picked up the two cars (heading to Illinois), would not be the trucker doing the transport.

When we spoke with Michael he said not to worry that the cars would be leaving the next day. The next day in the late afternoon I had asked Vanessa to please call Michael and touch base with him and find out where there cars where, when Vanessa called Michael He stated that their was a problem with their truck and he would load them tomorrow on another truck, Vanessa satisfied with the answer told Michael ok and hung up. Then one week later we received an email from one of the customers wondering where his car was at.

At this moment I was confused because it should not have taken a week to deliver both cars! Once again Vanessa called Michael and he reassured us that the cars where on the way and should be there in the next day or so, when Vanessa asked him why was the transport taking so long, he said because he had problems with prior customers paying his trucker. Vanessa hung up with Michael and called the customers with the status of their vehicles.

Now Vanessa is keeping touch with Michael and the customers about their cars. As the days go buy Trucks brake down again, lies are given, Michael really doesn't have a clue where the cars are. Finally a week later (2weeks into it, by this point) one of the customers gets his car, but where is the other car? So I call Michael and he gives Vanessa another bogus excuse, on how he had to put the cars on different trucks (when supposedly the cars where on the same truck.). Of course now the customer is upset and we are upset with the lack of professionalism this company has offered.

My customer decided to call Michael and ask him if his car will be delivered before the 15th of May because he would be leaving out of town on the 15th of May. Michael again assures him that he would have his car before then (now 3 weeks into the transport of my customers car and yet no car).

Today May 20 my customer finally received his car, with damage on the fender. Please look in to these other websites talking about the service BDZ offers.
