I shipped a check to GMAC on 3/14 for my auto loan consideration that I've with GMAC. GMAC cashed this check up on 3/19 for $318.72. I've the terminated check in the lender. Subsequently, GMAC delivered me a notice stating that they can not credit this add up to cost of my auto loan since the check was to 'GMAC Insurance' and never to GMAC despite the fact that the check had the right bill info on it. I subsequently requested GMAC to return this add up to me plus they have declined to come back it. Therefore, they cashed my check and held the cash, declined to credit this cost to my auto loan consideration, WOn't return this money in my experience and also have declined to come back my calls so much. I've delivered all of them the paperwork. Any recommendations?
