Bought an '04 Nissan XTerra June - under the pretense of buying a 3 yr extended warranty. And in fact my sale contract shows I paid $259 to Fidelity for a service contract AND an additional $608 to Fidelity for what is simply listed as "maint." on line 2 (c) under other of my contract.
Took the vehicle in today (5/11) - due to overheating - as well as the CD player not working - and was told I did NOT have any type of extended. I went to the manager who "confirmed" that I did not have any type of extended warranty beyond the original 60 day period.
Called Fidelity - and they also said no, I did not have any type of extended with them - and to in essence go back to the dealer.
