On 03/03 at 7.00p. M i was parking my car at park fast by prudential center station #226 in newark nj.
The fare was $25, i gave $40 (two $20 bills) to the parking attendant robert agbottah and waited for the change. He took the money and left right away to another client.
After 5 min. Waiting for my $15 change, i have to go and look for him. After asking for the change back, he refused, said i gave him only $25!!! I propose count all his cash for the parking for the night to see if he has extra money left, prove him that he is wrong, he refused.
I call for the supervisor (gerinimo) did not help eather. He was agitated and was not helpfull, tried to prove me that i paid only $25 instead $40!
After been late to my show i have to call police and get them involved for my $15 change.
I was very disappointed; it is looks like that these two peaple involving into the scam and taking advantage of the peaple to make an extra dollar.
I believe this case should be investigated by management of park fast.
I sent fast park email with my complain, but no respond.
That is the real quality customer service!
