I also was astonished by the Immaturity and lack of "Truth" to anything this company has to offer. I also Did not get Paid for my hard work and filed a complaint with the Department of labor. While filing my complaint
"True" told the Investigator that I "signed a contract" for "commision only" and that he would NOT pay me for my several days work. The Investigator told him you cannot "Not Pay" employees for there work wether it is
commision, Salary or a set wage. "True" then responded with "we are going out of business" and "funds are not available to pay the employee".
The Investigator told "True" that his company will be investigated and that they will attempt to recover my owed money. I also called my former "Supervisor" and he smartened up and also quit because the company is too shady & he also did not receive his last ckeck as of today. "true" is just a fly-by-nite creep that just doesn't get it. So if you too are owed money file a complaint with the Dept. Of Labor. F.Y.I. Your Rebuttal will only entertain us, so don't bother because the "Truth" is in the complaints by the honest People just trying to get a job and make a living and "What comes around, goes around" God Bless America
