I have the same complaint as the other report. True.com lures you into their site wiht a free offer (I should have never given them my CC#). Then they trick you into a mebership and sart billing you $49.95 per month.
I wasn't aware until it caused an overdraft. I called and they said that I had to notify them by phone to quit. I told them I wasn't even aware that I was a member and that I want a full refund. They have not refunded my money. I recomend that anyone else trapped by True.com to file a complaint with BBB and to tell your story to usacomplaints.com and anuone else who will print your story.
If enough people complain, they will be shut down.
