I suppose I'm another ashamed WFS client. I had been spending about the Nissan that my Girlfriend and that I purchased this past year and dropped into some tough situations around December. I had been hurt at the office and place in the workers compensation program, therefore after having an ideal pay background on my automobiles for a long time, I dropped only a little behind with this one. Well, WFS 'Customer Support Representatives' quickly began calling me and bothering me, three or four calls each day. I tried speaking together and detailing my scenario, and questioned when they can work with me, and that I might provide my account present as fast as you can. Quickly the bat, they offered me amazing perspective and wouldn't use me. They explained i nad to pay for the whole overdue stability or they desired to come get the vehicle. I ultimately managed after several useless efforts to obtain a repetition to routine 2 funds and that I was guaranteed the earliest late-payment could be included into the finish of my agreement to assist me using this scenario. Well, 14 days later I then found out they never required the resources out-of my consideration, and so place me even more behind in funds. After I named to issue then about this, I had been transferred to some 'Supervisor' who explained to pay for $1500.00 at that time or submit my automobile, at that time I acquired really furious and hung-up the telephone. WFS extended to contact and frighten me every day three or four times each day, never leaving messages. Therefore last Friday, a Repetition called Eddie from Wachovia Supplier Services calls and leaves a note, THATS RIGHT PEOPLE, leaves a message on my voicemail saying that I had been covering the automobile and he was calling law enforcement the moment he put the telephone as much as record our vehicle stolen... STOLEN!!! And proceeded to inform me that what I had been performing was prison grand theft car and that I could be imprisoned when the authorities noticed me driving the automobile. Well, you know what Eddie, works out that threating offender appropriate action against a consumer is against national and state regulations, and also you voluntarily quit that small talk on my voicemail. Thats right, he did precisely that, endangered to possess my pregnant girlfriend or myself imprisoned for taking the vehicle. Not just are WFS brokers crooks however they are stupid criminals, and liars!!!
