Fernando's Transmission took my car and $600 on 2/26/09. He hasn't started working on my car or showed up for work per his helper (Joaquin).

It's been a month and a week and we can't get a hold of him. I've talk to Rudy Rubio the owner of the building. He says he doesn't know the person or how to contact him.
