About 6 weeks ago, our car's transmission died. Affordable rebuilt in about 4 months before so the 1 year warranty still applied. Now, 6 weeks after the fact, we get it back. Somehow and someway, part from the engine are missing and the radiator blew about 5 minutes after us driving away.
During the 6 week period, the owner could not be reached and always had one more part to complete. The last 3 weeks, the car was suppose to be ready and never was. He even said it would be ready on Saturdays and of the last 3, they worked none.
Now we are faced with the dilemma of taking the car elsewhere to fix there mistake or let the screw something else up on it.
I imagine they will go out of business soon or file bankruptcy to leave customers like us stranded. This seems to be the ethics and morals in which they are running under thus far.
