Hi everyone, my name is Abraham. I recently was ripped of by sponsoredwhips.com, the representatives name is Tom. I contacted by him after filling out the info on they're website for sponsership. I figured, what the heck, it said no contracts, no fees, no payments at all.
The next day this person Tom called me, and started asking me questions and told me they looked into me and wanted to sponsor me, I though to myself wow I guess my car really standed out. After promising me sponsership and parts for my car, I figured this is a heck of a deal, and so I gave him my debit # believing this was a legit company, something that I repent of doing.
I called Tom that same day 3/20/09 that he did the transaction letting him know that I did not afterall wanted to go thru with this, he told me that he could not do nothing until monday because he is east coast and I am west, and that the banks were closed and to call monday. And so I called monday, and he told me that I had to call the accountants, that he could not do nothing and that it would take 48 hours for the refund. And so I called the 1-800 number on monday that he told me to call which is in the website, nobody answered and I left a message. And so today is 3/27/09 Thursday, and the have not called me back.
I called Tom today and no answer, I left him a message and also emailed him this which is very similar to what I left on his voicemail:
Hi Tom, I have waited enough patiently for the refund of my money, I have waited over 48 hours as you told me and I have not received any refund. To be honest with you I am getting very impatient about this, especially because you are dealing with my money. Now If you are unable to refund this money, I will file a report and get a lawyer unless I see my refund. I have proof of all these calls recoreded, and emails.
I did call the 1-800 number as you told me but no answer, and I left a message last time I spoke with you which was Monday. I have not had any returned calls from them what so ever. Please do not avoid this, because it can get worser taking these to law when you fraud somebody. I look forward of hearing from you soon, thanks, Abraham.
And now I am waiting for a responce, I will call Tom tomorrow morning, and continue to do so. Also, meanwhile, I am going to start looking into lawyers and the law. I do not care how far he lives, not because he lives in Delaware and I live in California he is going to get away with this. If anybody here can help me, I really would appreciate youre help, or if you can advise me, please do so. Thank you guys so much!
