Misleading Contracting, "Sup" DON CLARK, no corp credit care, repairs need to be paid up front!

I have tried to call the administrators of my warranty for 3 days. No one answered the phone. Finally through warranty broker I get confirmation that what I needed done to my vehicle would be covered. Took my car in today the mechanic had a hard time getting a hold of first warranty group, when he finally got a hold of someone was told customer has to pay upfront and they would reimburse.

I called back spoke with a Ken who stated that as of 11/08 they no longer pay for repairs upfront. On top of paying upfront they want the last maintenance receipts from the date of initial contract. Ken refused to give me a supervisor and then only gave me Don refused to give last name. Called warranty broker was informed they have stopped using First Warranty Group contracts because they wanted people to pay upfront. Called back to First Warranty Group Don Clark answered and was of no help very rude.

The contract broker advised I could cancel and receive some of my money back. Still it leaves me with a car uprepaired and no security which was why I bought the warranty to begin with.
