BUYER BEWARE: Customer's Unique Criticism:
I settled a $500.00 deposit on the 2002 ford taurus, required delivery of vehicle same-day. The vehicle went warm within 20 mins, radiator went warm & car stopped working. After i caled to report the prblem i had been told to leave the keys within the vehicle, but that i'd have to find a method to get property since the tow truck company wasn't covered to accomodate guests. When the car was returned back to the ton i had been advised the car is awaiting fix, the part required needed to be requested (a radiator line?) with no change time on fix. Big daddy's recommended me the $500.00 dep was non refundable after i requested for my cash back. Employees stored giving me the runaround after i called to ask about the vehicle, obtaining a refund or different vehicle. I am left without any vehicle, and without our $500.00 cash deposit. Following day i discover the same vehicle i bought back around the lot having a 4sale sign up it. Subsequently i obtain a licensed letter within the mail challenging payment entirely roughly only a little under $7000.00 due within two days that was never part of the original contract. I'd this car in my possession for less that 1-hour. I named repeatly to and was ignored. I submitted a deeptive business practices complaint using the eee of dallas, the federal trade commission, the dept of travel, and also the texas attorney general's office. I might never see my cash, but i'd like individuals to learn about big daddy's and also the unetihical income methods they use to cheat customers from their hard earned cash.
