I was scammed by michael marks and m&l leasing into giving them my 2005 bentley gt coupe and just recently repossessed it from the drug dealing driver 3000 miles away with thousands of dollars of damage, parking tickets and with over 6 months of past due payments. Now my credit is ruined, the car is worthless and i am being sued by the bank for over $157,000.00 which will cause me to declare bankruptcy.
Michael marks and m&l leasing are running an illegal subleasing operation in violation of federal and state laws similar to geoffrey hull was at red carpet leasing a.K.A. Carlyle motor club and also max rasmussen at www.exoticrides4u.com.in addition all of their so-called fraudulent contracts are in violation of all original leasing or loan contracts and agreements which prohibit an original owner from subleasing a financed vehicle and will cause a finance company to consider an original owner in breach of their original lease or loan contract and agreement.
I urge anyone who has been contacted by m&l leasing and the gypsy michael marks to immediately contact and report this to their local law enforcement and department of motor vehicles investigations office. The d.M.V. Is actively pursuing michael marks and his scam illegal subleasing operation and there is a reward offered for his arrest.
Everyone at m&l leasing who is engaged in this criminal enterprise is an accomplice and shall be prosecuted by law enforcement as well as the federal prosecutors under the rico act.
Michael marks has ripped me off for several thousands of dollars, caused the collapse of my credit and has left me in financial ruin. He has also hurt several innocent people who are in difficult financial situations like myself with their vehicles and has scammed them out of their cars which is unconscionable and despicable.
Do not give your vehicle to michael marks. There is no payment guarantee. Once he scams you of your vehicle he will give it to either a drug dealer, pimp, prostitute or other degenerate person with negative credit who will damage the vehicle, not make the payments (which michael marks will not guarantee or pay), not insure the vehicle, accumulate unpaid parking tickets and worst of all get into an accident which you will be fully responsible for. Their contracts and liability releases are fraudulent, illegal and designed to trick an unsuspecting owner to give their vehicle to them which is embezzlement and grand theft auto.
Do not make the mistake i did. Immediately tell michael marks and m&l leasing to take his offer and stick it you know where and to get his stupid fake new york gypsy accent the hell away from you and your family!
