I called these scam artists after watching their television commercial. The commercial was very convincing; but I am always cautious about
doing business over the phone.
This guy was so pushy - to the point he almost sounded desperate. Then this outfit expected me to buy a warranty contract without seeing it in writing. RED FLAG!
When I said I wanted to discuss the price with my husband; the salesman said that I couldn't get it again at that price and it was like... Buy it now or never again will you have the opportunity as your name will be locked up in some special database.
I told them I suppose they didn't need my business that bad. Then he let up; still pushing me to give my credit card or bank account number to "hold" the offer. I then asked them how do I know they are legitimate and he told me they have been in business a little under twenty years and they are the main sponsor for Steve Wallace's NASCAR.
Is that like just because Micheal Jordan endorses Hane's underwear that is what I am going to buy for my husband? Micheal Jordan probably doesn't even wear them. SO, I am not much on sponsorship and endorsements.

I told the guy he could call me back after I talked to my husband. Then I went to the Better Business Bureau to verify that they have been in business "just under twenty years". Here is what I found
