My name is Char i purchased a car from Ugly Duckling and NOT EVEN DRIVE TIME, well any ways i had the car for almost two years on a three year contract and at the end i lost my job but i was in the middle of a law suite so i made arragements with them over the phone and in person, well to make a long story short one night they decided not to hold up their end of the bargain and decided to repo my car in the middle of the night... Well like a a* when i get my money i go and get my car back
Not 30 days later the cars breaks down so i contacted (drive time now no longer ugly duckling) and let them know i no longer wanted the car trying to do the right thing with volentary repo. Well almost seven years later i go to a car lot to try to pruchase a car (no that my life is on the right track) they repored to the credit companies that i had a repo in 2009 yes this year and i got the car in 2000 gave it back in 2003 and they its ben on my credit since 2004 and they said its a repo in 2009!!! They are surely with the BULLSH*!! Listen to me do not deal with this car company they will go down in the book as the worst company in the world!!!
