To whom It May Concern:

This letter is to inform you that I am a extremely dissatisfied customer and will do all that I can to speak to the highest person in charge at AmeriCore and let them know and express to others that the service that is being are provided is inadequate.

I placed an order for a 2002 Ford Explorer PCM on 12/15, it is now February 3 and still did not receive the product that is fully paid for ($384.95). I spoke to several customer service representative on numerous occasions, until finally I was transferred to Danny Jackson who appeared to be helpful at first and then became to be frustrated which was unbelievable, because at this point I do not think anyone can be more frustrated at this point more than I am. Danny Jackson no longer wanted to assist me so he transferred me over to Mike at extension 121. Mike, then explained to me that a document needed to be signed that was never sent to me in the beginning when I placed my order. Mike then emailed the Authorization Form which I have attached below and will forward to you under a separate cover so that you will see that the date (12/15) that I ordered the PCM and the date that he faxed me the form (12/23) was seven business days later and even after that I had to call Mike the following week on the 30th of December because I still did not receive the purchased item and he told me that he didn't receive my form. I gave him the time and date that I sent it to him which was the same day 12/23 and then miraculously he found it and said the item will be shipped out immediately. Didn't happen.

After that episode, I called back again on 1/2/09 to let Mike know that I still did not receive the part, he then transferred me to Danny Jackson again. Mr. Jackson came to the phone I explained to him who I was and gave him the order number. He proceeded to read the notes and then became abrupt, rude and disrespectful on the phone. I asked him for his manager's name and replied Richard I said may I have Richard's last name please, he said No! I'm not obligated to give you that information. I asked him to transfer me to Richard's extension, he sent me to his voice mail over and over and then proceeded to tell the other representatives that if they see my number come up do not answer the call. I had to call from a blocked number in order to disguise myself and ask for Richard under a different last name. Richard, then picks up the phone I explained the situation to him and I even chimed my husband in on the call and Richard explained that there was a delay in receiving the part but he would get on the case and give us a call back with an update. That never happed either. We had to call Richard back to ask him what happened and at this point to refund us the entire $384.95. He bargained with us and told us the part should be in no later than Wednesday 28 if not we will automatically refund you the money back. Richard said he would give us a call and let us know the status, he never called.

I called on Thursday the 29th of 2009 to get an update because Richard never called me back. I spoke to one of the customer service representatives and he said according to the notes it looks like it should be shipped out today or tomorrow he said he wasn't sure and wanted to transfer me to Danny Jackson and I said no, he was very rude to me the last time. So I asked him to leave Richard a message to call me back. Richard didn't call back but had Danny call me back and he explained to me that the parts were in and we should be sending it out today, I will call you back with a tracking number and if I don't call you back I will send it to you in an email. Never received either one. So I called back today and spoke to Danny Jackson and he told me "we are waiting for your part to come in from Idaho today we should have a tracking number for you this evening or tomorrow". This is absolutely insane because he told me last Thursday that he had the item and was shipping it out.

Something needs to be done here and ASAP because this is ridiculous it is going on 2 months since I purchased this item. I have left a voice mail for Richard this morning he has not returned my call as usual. If I don't get a response today or a tracking number today I will be contacting the Florida Chambers of Commerce, Florida Better Business Bureau and my lawyer.
