Bait and switch tactics. The 2006 Jeep Wrangler Sport I purchased did not come with all the features I requested. Also the vehicle was supposedly imported from Portland, Ore. Turns out to be from Auburn, WA with many miles on it.
Also applied for a lower interest rate loan with a credit union. Dealership forged my signature for a higher interest rate loan.
Contacted State Attorney Generals Office, BBB and corporation. Received usesless responses from all three stating nothing can be done. Horrible experience with this dealership in this state.
