First they and the auto group had me sign for a vehicle that deceptively charged me 19.8 % interest then IT STARTED - the phone calls. If I am three days late the calls both automated and personal will start non stop, two to six times a day they will leave messages it can be 730am or 930 pm and they continue. When I tried to put an end to the harrasing phone calls by calling them instead and telling them what day I will make my payment they still continued their calls. When I answered and asked why they are calling again. I received a response of "we dont have any record of you calling ma'am"
When i explained once again she said she would indeed note it on my account.
The calls continued. When I for the third time explained, the lady tells me"verbatimn "just because you call telling us what day you will make the payment, does not stop us from calling you" I hung up and have not answered my phone since that day 8 months ago. And they continue to call and leave at least two messages a day. Nine times out of ten my calls are from chase.
It is a form of harrasement as much as they do it. And since that day 8 months ago. I have been SO disgusted with them that I wait until the last day possible before my 30 days late hits my credit to make a payment. ON PURPOSE and I let them waist money by spending SO much time calling me
