I've my Dodge vehicle inside your Interface Charlotte shop to get a tune-up. Among your technicians broke off a spark plug-in the motor. Your supervisor named and stated that this really is somehow my obligation towards the melody of $1100. Used to do not approve this course of action, or might I've if somebody from your own shop might have named to express there is an issue with among the plugs. I'd like this solved NOWADAYS!!! That is my only car. I've not a problem spending money on the tune-up. But, I'll not purchase something which isn't my obligation through the improper steps of one's technician and management group.

It seems I'll be (and am being) kept hostage for that bad craftsmanship and improper administration of the autorepair shop.
Any ideas? Your aid and/or path could be greatly appreciated.
I'm along the way of calling Better Business and Auto-Repair criticism businesses, papers, and a lawyer because it seems Tuffy being an organization, or the business procedure operator or supervisor has any need to solve this problem in a timely manner. I am confident they'll delay till I - can no further do with no automobile and become compelled to solve the problem officially following the reality.
