My daughter went to this place for an inspection sticker on her car and they told her after taking her 39.99 payment that she would get a rejection sticker for the rear tires had broken belts in them because they couldn't balance them. Her father told her to bring the car back to where she bought the tires and they put her car up on the lift and check them out, balanced them and said they were go to go and they had no broken belts in them just that they were off a half ounce on both tires. My husband called them and told them there was nothing wrong no broken belts, and wanted them to give her money back to her which they agreed to do.in the mean time she had the company that she bought the tires from do the inspection and it passed for there was nothing wrong with the tires. That was the only problem this other place said was wrong the tires and said they would not do the reinspect and would not give her a sticker. Also one of the employees my husband was talking to before putting the service manager on the phone was making rude comments about the F* guy on the phone again and my husband mentioned to the service manager the comments he heard was not called for before he got on the phone. We feel that the station took advantage of a young girl trying to get a inspection sticker by telling her she needed tires before she could get a sticker and they were going to charge her 220.00 that she don't have and would of had to borrow so she could have her car to get to work and when my husband asked them the second time he called whos scamming who they agreed to give her her money back... VIP confirmed that there has been other problems with this place
