I arranged a-5-morning car rental thru hotwire.com on Thursday, January 6, 10 times before I had been planned to choose-up the vehicle, and taken care of it as needed. The following day, Hotwire delivered mean email stating the vehicle rental prices for NY had fallen. I visited their website and discovered the rental that I'd created your day before was $104.00 cheaper. I named Hotwire and questioned easily could easily get the low price, plus they declined. These were rude and ridiculous, and just after I confronted to protest on every online customer ranking website and talking with a supervisor, Hotwire decided to provide me a credit for $104.00 on potential reservations on Hotwire. I am not satisified and surprise when there is in whatever way I - can obtain the cheaper price. I was advised I couldn't stop the reservation, that will be what I would like to do. But I-donot wish to drop my income.
