What an awful character and person. Michael Kmak, a former acquaintance, agreed to purchase a car from me. He paid more than half of the agreed amount and never paid the last $600.
Not only did he fail to do this, he failed to pay over $1400 in (17!!!) tickets he received while driving the car. Now I am stuck with these tickets on MY record, the car has conveniently been booted, and is rendered unusable.
But he'll get his in small claims court!
