We bought a honda in 2006 even though we were fairly pleased with the vehicle, the support division at jim peck was the toughest I Have observed in 30 years of purchasing vehicles, once the engine about the front-seat went and we could not obtain the chair to back-up we were compelled to push two inches in the controls FOR 2 WEEKS while they continuously kept messing up purchasing the component. These were surly and rude each time we have there been over 2 yrs and when informed us our guarantee was terminated despite us getting the paperwork right before us. Around named people liars regardless of the paperwork. While our vehicle was ruined during Gustav, we thought I wouldnot need to cope with these people again. However for nearly 3 months they declined to stop and return our support agreement even if repeatedly approached by both our insurance and from the SPACE insurance, which we'd bought through them! Slimy also for car people.
