I'm an emplyee of pep children for more than 8 years. Throughout the span of these years. I've been refused promtions that I truly gained by acquiring ase cetifications. Your healthplan was removed and changed having a "heath account". Under this course of action I can't afford to visit the doctor. This past year the organization determined they wouldn't be providing increases. This season they choose that they can alter the vaction strategy. The brand new strategy is okay however they are taking our times that people have previously gained. I've 10 vaction days left before center of next year. They're informing me that any abandoned vaction times by dec 28 is likely to be paid in a price of 75%. This price depends upon your wedding day. Some is only going to be compensated 25%. They behave as when the vaction hasn't yet been gained, however it was earned this past year. Along with this the weeks that I've worked this season until recently these vaction times that I'd have next year are actually eliminated. Thoses times are worth about 2000 in my experience.
