Now as a women i don't need. This bike is in excellent working conditions, no scratches, flaws or any kind of damage, slightly used in 100% working and looking conditions and comes with a clear title, 5 months transferable warranty.
From the begining you have to know that for the payment I request ONLY secure pay, I prefer the payment to be done using eBay services.
We will use a safe payment method because I am affiliated at eBay and I have a purchase protection account for $20.000. The final price that I want for this bike is US$5000 including shipping and handling.

I responded to that email that I would like to check out the bike in person, since the location of the bike (Easton CA in the ad) was near. I received following response from Nicola.

Seems like the same ploy with a different name. I won't be pursuing the sale further. A CBR1000rr on Craigslist resulted in a similar response, from a different person

Red color with 3,620 miles on it. Priced at $3900
No damage, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects.
The bike is in Montana. Will be shipped directly to your requested address. The delivery fees and full insurance during shipping, are included in the sale price. The clear title and the bill of sale with owner manuals, etc. Will be together with the bike. I'm not expert on selling over the internet and the only service that I know and trust is ebay. I would like to close this deal through them because in this way we are both protected. EBay will handle this transaction for us and in this way we'll be both protected. Your payment will remain in their account, until you receive and inspect the bike. The 7 days inspection time period with the option to accept or reject it.
