Upon arriving to pick up my car from the California Car Wash, I was curious to see several employees standing around my car. After starting the car I discovered that it now sounded like a Harley Davidson. When questioned why the car was so loud, the employee informed me that he did not speak English, however, he was able to say "like that when it came in".
An attempt was made by the manager on site, Victor, to look at the car, but ultimately he said there was nothing he could do and then referred me to the general manager who was at another location. After driving the car to the other location, I also discovered that the muffler was dragging under the car.
When speaking with the general manager, Carlos, I was informed that there was no way they could have damaged my vehicle, even though he had no idea what kind of car I had nor had he taken the time to even question any of his employees about the incident. I asked if he was willing to discuss the matter further but was told to "get in line". The matter remains unresolved.
