We are a large Chevrolet Cadillad dealership that has in the past sold Regency Conversion Trucks. This product has poor quality accessories installed on the Trucks such as chrome wheels, grills, mud flaps and other items. These accessories rust and pit on a regular basis. We are the repair facility that has to deal with these issues on a consistant basis, which in itself is not a problem.
The problem occurs when we finish repairing the vehicles and tried to get paid from Regency. We have invoices that go unpaid for months and one that did not get paid for almost a year. We started calling them on Monday of this week to find out when payment of three invoices that date back to July would be paid. After leaving 9 messages my administrative assistance got feed up and would not get off the phone until she spoke to a supervisor or someone in accounts payable.
The guy on the phone would not give her any names nor give his name and tried to sell her some Chevrolet HHR's. He finally transferred her to another ignorant individual and I got on the phone with him. He kept asking who we had left messages with and when we tried to explain that no one from his company would even give us there name he said, "when you get your s*t together give us a call back and hung up on me. This company is unprofessional and has uncaring employees that work there. The turn over rate there is huge, with attitudes and ignorance like they displayed to us it is not suprising. I will never do business with these idiots again.
