We previously purchased a Chrysler vehicle and settled all funds promptly through Regency, not a problem. Whenever we exchanged it in, they didn't provide us the chance to setup cost day plus they established it 14 days before payday. We informed them instantly plus they stated after six months it may be altered only. Today each month they contact, each day, all day, from 7:30 each morning to 9 during the night. Recently I informed the owner she's in breach of regulations calling so overdue and she stated she'd "contact when she thought want it." You let them know the same whenever they contact however it does no-good, they call again anyhow. I'd never ever purchase a car through them again, ACTUALLY.
