Chevy dealership gave me a 500.00 gas card from freebee gas 4 months ago no gas card has been sent back to me

The dealership gave me a 500.00 dollar gas redemption to send off and freebee gas has never sent me any card to use for gas. It has been almost 5 months. I've heard bad things about freebeegas, is the dealership in on this too!
