About 3 months ago i went into JD Byryder in Appleton to get a car. They made it sound so great. Like they really wanted to help me get into a car. I found a car even test drove it and was happy. There was nothing wrong at that time. I should've known at the first sign. I was approved. I signed the papers then my dealer told me i would need to make 3 more payments they were actually more of a down payment. I agreed cause i really needed a car. My dealer told me at the time of purchase that my car was a very good running car, it had passed all safety inspections, and they were no problems.
About a week later all sorts of stuff went wrong. My power locks will lock and unlock by themselves, sometimes my remote entry will not work and sometimes it will, my check engine light came on, my service engine soon light came on, when i drive down the road all of a sudden all my dash lights will start to flash and change brightness, my breaks squeak, my windshield leaks a lot of water when it rains, my gas gage moves all over, it wants to over heat if i let it sit running for 5 min, every time the chime for the service engine soon light goes on my head lights start to flash, and get this i shut my door the other day and my side air bag went off. My starter grinds when i turn my car on even. How is this safe? How did this pass inspection?
I tried to call several times no response back. I took it in and threw a fit but they could find nothing wrong they say. They reset my lights and said everything should be fine. A mile down the road on they go. They then gave me the option to take my car in and leave it with them for god knows how long but then i would go without any vehicle. But sorry they say they don't do rentals.
This is real funny. The dealer i had was still calling me after weeks of me having the car trying to sell me another. He didn't even remember selling me a car. Sick.
Heres a real sad part. My child was born almost 4 months early unexpected so naturally i came into a financial slump. I was out of work on unpaid maternity leave, When my payment came due i called and told them my situation and i was yelled at. I asked for a 1 week extension on my payment. No way were they gonna let that happen. I was told i needed to make my payment that day even if i had to borrow the money from someone. I was told that i guess i wasn't ready for my loan and if i didn't call with a payment that day they were coming to get it. Because i ask for 1 week they want to leave me and my 5 pound child with no transportation. Today my payment is due by 8 and i haven't called yet.instead of the giving me time to call and make it on time they call my friends and family all day for 2 days leaving messages and the payment is not even late yet.
I'm sick to my stomach with this company. Please tell me how we all can get justice! They have to right! I don't even know how they sleep at night! Oh and all this crap is still wrong with my car and i'm paying more then half over blue book for this piece of crap death trap!!!
