My son and I bought a car - I signed for it, my son drives the car. We make payments every other Friday - they call us on THAT DAY to tell us the payment is due. If we do not go in there on Friday to make a payment, they send a man to MY house to ask where the payment is. They threaten they are going to put a warrant out for the car if it's not paid on that day. They KNOW we both work and we do not get home until late on Friday and we have asked them repeatedly NOT to call us and they agreed to let us come in on Saturday to make the payment because of our late hours on Friday. They call my home, my work, my cell phone, my son's cell phone, my sister, my mother, my brother - every other Friday. Mrs Johnson at this place has sworn at me and my son and told us we are a bunch of low lifes and she does not have time for our BULL%!!! Mr. Knight at this place has said the same thing to my son on the phone. This is pure and simple harrassment.
