I travelled Dubai-JFK on EK 203 and had my baggage left in Dubai.

I have spent Sund - Tues without my stuff and was forced to make some quick purchases.

I need a reclaim plan while at JFK and assurance that I will not be tossed around.

Pls provide a contact once at JFK.
