On the 30th of August, we descided to put our buss ford E350 on the road, so that morning we went online and subscribed for insurance with progressive.
Driving 15min later, a lady drove into our bus, and we were in auto accident.
Progressive insurance are saying that they did not get the money paid with credit card untill after the accident. So they denial the clam but they took the money. Please help!
