The way they got me was the way the way they got everybody. Google Tranzparts or Scott & Carmen Yaslow & you'll see the horror they cause when you do business with them.
Their rebuttals are like little children who get angry when they're caught. I bought a transmission from them through E-bay. I had never used E-bay before & was naive as to how it worked. They told me that the best way to do this was through them directly not E-bay. So i lost any protection E-bay could afford me. But judging by the post beneath mine i see i was screwed the second i gave them my credit card number.
Then the story was the same. It took 2 months then they sent me a tranny that didn't work. This whole time he is hanging up on me & telling me he's too busy to talk to me. I had to beg them for a replacement & i was out 700$ for the original install.
1 month later i got a working one & i told them i needed satisfaction. When i finally got him on the phone (took over a week) he told me i must really be a horrible person to think i needed compensation after him doing me a favor by replacing HIS defective transmission. He really said that.
Never, never, never do business with these people. They lie & cheat. They do this knowingly & seem alomst proud of screwing you & having you not be able to do anything about it.
