Improper charges, and improper notification of added charges

This is now the second time I am having to deal with a repossession by Wachovia, due to thier added insurance which I do not need, and have notified them several times, that I have my own insurance. Admittedly after the fact, it propably was not the wisest move I've ever made when getting fed up with faxing them my insurance information time and time again to put on the money gram message spot, "Here is my Insurance Policy# — , and that is all you need to know. Since then instead of talking to me, their representative would call, and then hang up, and sometimes it comes up on my cellphone bill which is itemized, and sometimes they had it as an unknown call, of which those I cannot honestly claim are necessarily Wachovia, but 909 area code numbers are as the only business with that area code that I deal with is Wachovia, although there is now a San Diego office, and I live in San Diego County.

It was my sister not I who filed bankruptcy, yet they will not talk to me, or mail me a written statement as I have requested numerous times. As in my sister's bankruptcy paperwork it states that I will be responsible for making the payments and have possession of the vehicle, therefore would it not be common sense I would be the coborrow who would need to be talked to if there is any problems with the payments.

They say they notified me by mail of their intent to repossess the vehicle yet they sent the notice to an address that they knew was invalid when they did the first repossession, which was in January of this year. At that time I was able to borrow the funds to reclaim the vehicle. This time it will only be by the Grace of God that I get the truck back, as I don't have as many jobs as I did then, and people seem to always believe the finance company not the little individual who doesn't have much else in world. I immediately called Wachovia when the tow truck was there and tried to explain that there must be a mistake as I had thought I was current, and I would be except for late fees, and unnecessary insurance charges creating a delinguency. They would not even talk to me in a reasonable manner even though I could show them receipts including the tow truck driver that my most recent payments had been made in July and August, and that I planned to be making Septembers when I got paid, which they took the vehicle anyhow with allowing for any type of time of proper notification, or true investigation into whether or not the vehicle was indeed delinguent. The vehicle was repossessed on Sept 8th, and my payments are due on the 13th, and I honestly believed I was current, and still intend to dispute thier charges for late fees and insurance as I have been a customer of Aigdirect/21st century since January of this year. If anyone knows of a better company or has the funds to refinance this vehicle to get me away from Wachovia please let me know as I want to get away from this company and get back to dealing with a company that deals honestly, justly, and fairly, with its investors and customers alike, not one that will lie, cheat, and steal from its customers.
