I was not givin a copy or saw my auto diagnostic report

I requested a copy of my diagnostic report but was told they don't give copies. I paid $84.95 to have report doneThe repair man stated I needed a pcv valve, so he installed one for $13.12 cents. He took $10.00 off my bill because i had a coupon. The bill came to $105.81 which i paid. I think i shoud have recieved a copy scince i paid $84.95 for the test and should be able to have a copy. Thank you.
