Saw 2007 HD Ultra on Craigslist to cheap but sounded good so emailed this Marie Colman, she said she had got the bike thru a divorce, which she didn't need. Wanted to be secure so we would use ebay motors. I hadn't done a deal before and all sounded secure. I rec'd a message from ebaymotors telling me to use moneygram and use their agent in Canada, sounded fishy so I emailed my questions and ebay confirmed he was legit. I moneygrammed the money and haven't heard anything since, how could I be so stupid?
I thought that ebay was secure, only to dig deeper after this and they say no to use moneygrams but didn't know and ebaymotors was emailing me that it was legit. Would like to know if this was an inside job or how this lady could get the dollars that were to be secure and held until I approved the bike.
Any help on how to get over this and if there is anyway to find this person would be greatly appreciated. I have the serial number and receipt from the moneygrams, but. I was using this as a money maker as I was already short on money and not needing to get ripped off, now much worse than before.
