I purchased an engine from World Auto Parts about a month ago. After making excuse after excuse as to why they had not shipped my motor to me (1999 Honda Odyssey engine) their phone system is no longer accepting calls and their website has for the most part been taken down.
I spoke to a guy there by the name of Chuck Farrell who told me he would refund the money but he never did.
Now I'm out over $1000 and have no engine and can't even contact the company.
Is it legal to fly down to Florida and take their shop apart with a baseball bat? I didn't think so. I guess I will have to join another guy who is going after them legally.
