I was a sales person with Capitol Kia for about 4 months. The General Manager Cory Brewer holds meetings talking about treating customers like they were in a Rolls Royce dealership, respect, putting love on them... And once the meeting is over - the abuse begins. They advertise a car for $7995,00 but won't sell it! I had several customers want to buy the car but Rudy the manager said he would not sell the car for less than 10,900! When the customers insisted on the advertised price on the newspaper in their hand (stock number matching the car sitting out front) Rudy tells the salesman to tell the custmer to get the F^*ck out of the dealership. Customer abuse is the rule not the exception.
The managers smoke dope all day long and have NO CLUE what they are doing.
Many credit applications are altered by the finance director so that the customers will get approved. When the dealership gets caught (and they usually do) and the lender refuses to purchase the loan, they send the sales person to the customers home or office to reposess the vehicle. Several sales people have misdemeanor's for attempting to get the cars back. When they get back with the car - they "High-Five" each other and laugh about it while the poor customer is crying! I have never seen such a group of immoral, unlawful people in my life. This place is Sodom and Gomorrah! Many of the salespeople are good people who quickly get caught up in the "Mob" mentality. They know what they are doing is wrong but they don't leave becasue they need a job. Soon none of them will have a job or the ability to get one.

It will only take a few more people to come forward to put an end to the deception and harm that this company is wielding on hard working Austin residents.
