These people are nasty, rude, threatening, unprofessional and down right mean, who would want to pay them, i dont trust them, they get nothing

I cant believe the people in the RAB office of collection, they have called and continued to harass us. They insist that we give them our account information so they can get a payment, when we refused and asked to send it to their business address they then refused. Basically it was our account numbers or nothing. This loan was (I know) co-signed in 2006 it is now 2008 and we a just hearing from them. I feel a long battle but i refuse to be bullied. Any suggestions would be appreciated...
