I pruchased a car from them on 3/04/08, with $3,500 down, I made 2 on time pick up payments of $500 which brought my total now to $4,500. On 4/07/08 my car was stolen i called the police and they found the car parked in a newly built house across the street from my complex, the custom whells were taking off and the radio was gone. The police had the car towed to there wreck yard, i then called the wreck yard to see what kind of tires i needed to buy to bring the car home, they told me i went to get the tires, i then took it upon my self to call peolple's choice to let them know the car was stolen.
I went to pick up the car from the wreck yard, when i got there they told me the car lot had picked it up, so i called them and they told me to come in. I called my insurance company and they informed me my insurance was nulled and voided i never got anything from the insurnce company because they had the wrong address. I then went to the car lot and they told me i had to pay them for their custom rims.
So I said i'll purchase insurance through you and pay for the rims, they told me i had to pay them $1,500 so i said you have $4,500 of my money and my car take the $1,500 off for the rims and $300 for insurance and give me a car with the rest so i can get to work. They said no i had to put down another deposit.
I lost me job due to missing 2 days of work with no transportation and not having any family here to help me with my 4 kids, i called channel 9 they called them and the car lot lied and said my car was re poed due to non payment i borrowed $1,098 from my brother went back there and they told me because of the area i live in they couldn't give me a up to date car so they sold me a ford expedition on 7/31/08 and 8/2/08 it broke down. It took them to 8/07/08 to pick the car up now i call and can't get a response on this car. Now that's $5,200 of my money they have and i still have now car but i half to pay insurance which i paid $398 down for the day i purchase the car.
I'm new to the orlando area it's just me and my 4 kids please help me i feel i'm at the end of my wits with this car lot, if they so call re poed a car why sell me another one isn't that crazy, if I wasn't responsbil 3 months ago why am I now, I don't understand.
