I purchased my vehicle from Lokey Nissan almost one year ago, and from that date I have been attempting to get the floor mats that I was promised on the day I purchased the car. I have called, emailed, written many, many times. Today I talked with the Used Car Manager (Charlie Moore) and was told Nissen does not owe me anything. He told me it had been too long since the purchase, and I should have contacted Nissan sooner. If he had been in front of me, I would have stuffed the phone down his throat. I would think to make a customer happy, it would be a simple thing to get me my floor mats.
I will never recommend Lokey to anyone, and will discourage anyone from even considering Lokey. For a few dollars, I am being treated very poorly!
