Upon delivery, I noticed that they sent me a different Scooter than I ordered. Since I am in a different State, I decided to accept the Scooter since it was similar and a 150cc as I ordered. After little use, an internal part of the Engine failed. I only had 35 miles on the Scooter. I have E-mailed, made numerous calls, and have been shifted around to other people, ending up on-hold forever. When I do get a chance to talk to someone, I get told that the person is not in, and to call back at another time of day. This has been going on since 7/14/08.
