Several years ago, my husband bought into E-Tour & Travel. After giving them $250, we could not travel because of sickness at that time. We asked to have our money refunded but they would not give our money back. Yesterday I received a call from 866-897-2758, E-Tour & Travel telling us that if we gave them $99 we could once again take advantage of our $250. I told the man that he had to call back because my husband is the one who made these arrangements.
I received another call today and once again, I told the man he had to call back. He then said why would you not want to agree to send another $99. First, I just had knee replacement; Second, I cannot walk because I will be having back surgery in May to hopefully put insert implants in so I can walk again.
I then told him he had to call back. He once again asked why I would not want to send $99. I then asked to have the money back but he said this was through Wal-Mart and what would I buy from Wal-Mart. I said I could buy a lot. He then said would Wal-Mart let you spend your money at Kmart. I finally got so frustrated with him and again asked to have the money refunded. He said there was know way Wal-Mart could refund our money. His logic made know sense to me. He thanked me for the money!
