I have noticed some complaints about To & Mo Towing. Let me give you guys a couple of facts that you may find interesting. First off it is owned by two brothers. The To part is the owner on paper. The Mo part is the true owner and he is a convicted felon. Secondly, the Mo part is married to the sister of the mayor of Santa Ana. Mayor Pulido. The Mo part gives cash to the mayor for helping him get accounts with the city and helps him pull strings so he doesn't get in trouble.interesting huh?
Not only does the company break the laws of towing but the drivers also constantly get tickets on the road for not being safe. This company does not accept credit cards. Strike one. They cannot charge 2 days of storage in the first 24 hours. Strike 2. And do they have a phone booth on there property. Strike 3.
If this company gives cash to the security guards how much cash do you think the mayor of Santa Ana gets? Must be nice to be able to do favors for companys when your the mayor.
