This is how AutoNation's Power Volvo Cerritos treated me when I bought a new 2007 Volvo S80 V8 AWD with a M.S.R.P. Of $59,635.
Power Volvo of Cerritos sold me a new 2007 Volvo S80 and did not disclose that they repainted the front fender. The paint color on the repainted fender does not match the other body panels. Eleven months after my purchase, Power Volvo of Cerritos still refuses to resolve the issue.in protest, I have exercised my First Amendment rights by launching a website (Redacted) to alert consumers on how they treat their customers. Sunit Kakkar, my salesman also made racist commits against Japs and Jews.
In response to my website, Power Volvo of Cerritos retained attorney Victor P. Danhi with Kolar & Associates. Victor P. Danhi threatened to file a retraining order against me to have my website taken off the Internet. He has yet to file any legal action know everything on my website is accurate and true.
On July 10 my claim was heard in small claims court. The judge hearing my case against AutoNation's Power Volvo Cerritos ruled in my favor and awarded be a judgment.
If you purchase a car from AutoNation's Power Volvo Cerritos and have an issue, all I say is GOOD LUCK.
